Sarah Michelle Gellar brought a friend along to lunch in LA on Friday. SMG has wrapped up work on her upcoming TV show The Wonderful Maladys for now, so now she can relax in LA until her bundle of joy arrives in a few months. Both her series and baby are set to make their debuts this Fall, so it looks like she has a lot to look forward to.
