Sarah Michelle Gellar spent the day with her girlfriends in LA on Friday. The new mom looked absolutely fantastic as she visited a nail salon, indulging in some pampering before heading home to her one-month-old baby girl, Charlotte. Unfortunately, it sounds like Sarah's HBO show The Wonderful Maladys might not have been picked up, so carving out some relaxation time for herself could be just what Sarah needs.
